“For Goodness Sake Natural Foods” was one of Market Station’s very first tenants... this shop has been here for over 35 years! It has served a special role in our community by providing natural medicines & a communal gathering space for health & wellness. The Bennett family ran & operated FGS for decades until I, Ally, proudly took the torch in November 2018 to continue its legacy.

We are grateful for the incredible foundation the Bennett Family built & what “For Goodness Sake Natural Foods” has given us. We wouldn’t have been able to build this new brand without them. We especially want to thank you for your love & support during our toughest times. You are our inspiration for this next chapter.

This is where I want to give Camden the spotlight for a minute. Last year, the universe brought us together in what became a quick and profoundly strong friendship & now I’m SO proud, excited, & grateful to tell you all that Camden is now a co-owner and partner in this passion project of ours! Her skills, energy, work ethic, and zest are invaluable & essential. Together, we are cleaning up the space, bringing in new products, & making deeper connections with local producers & our community.

CO-OWNER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
On top of managing the shop, Ally is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner helping folks feel their best from the inside out. When she’s not in the shop you can catch her working on her karate or on the trail with her partner Simon and their two dogs Linny and Joon. Ally’s happiest place is Boone, NC.

She’s deeply passionate about food, especially growing it. Camden loves gathering with friends & sharing meals with homegrown veggies. You can typically find her dancing or practicing Jiu Jitsu in her “free” time. lol.
