Ally’s Liver pâté

Liver pâté

-1lb chicken livers

-1 onion

-4 cloves garlic

-10 tbsp total

-Fresh thyme or rosemary

-Salt

-Pepper

Instructions: Rough chop garlic, onion, and herbs, (it’ll get blended anyway), sauté in 4 tbsp butter until soft, add livers, cook until medium rare (pin inside). Once cooked add everything unto high speed blender/processor with 4 tbsp butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Scoop into glass mold/jar. Melt remaining butter and pour on top of pâté for a butter seal. Place in fridge.
