FAQ

WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY WINE AND WHEN DOES MY CARD GET CHARGED EVERY MONTH?

Pickups will be ready in the shop on the second Wednesday of every month. We will be there that day to answer any further questions you may have. If you can’t make it into the shop by Wednesday, please inform us ahead of time if possible and we will hold your wines until you are able to make it to the shop.

Your card will be charged on the 1st of every month. If you cancel after the you are charged and before you pick up that is your last bottle pick up. We don’t offer refunds for late cancellations.

DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY WINE IN THE SHOP? DO YOU SHIP WINE OR OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

As of right now, we do not ship wine. Maybe someday.

Of course! We allow one pause for each calendar year. Just email ua at hello@neighborslbg.com We can also hold up to 2 months worth of wine club pickups for you if you’d like to come back from your trip to a bunch of delicious wine.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SWAP OUT ONE OF MY WINES?

You can most certainly swap out your wines, however this wine club is meant for folks who want to explore the world of wine with an open-minded approach and try new things. Mollie thought she hated a certain grape variety native to Savoie, France (Mondeuse) and she would reject any wine made from that grape or even including that grape in a blend. But then, she tried a wine called Celine (Neighbors carried it in the early fall of 2021) and 20% of the blend is Mondeuse. It ended up being one of the tastiest wines she had that year.

If you have a question about the wine club that weren’t answered, shoot us an email at hello@neighborslbg.com
